Delivery Information

At Docherty Trade, we run our own fleet of vans to guarantee our products reach you exactly when you need them.

We offer:

Free next day delivery to the UK mainland (Excluding Highlands and Islands) on all stocked items for orders over £100 placed before 3pm.

Orders below £100 will incur a small order delivery charge of £20.

Free click and collect from branch for all stocked items.

Non stocked items are available for collection or free delivery (on orders over £100) within 7 working days.

Weekend and timed delivery slots are available on request – please contact your local branch to discuss details.

We pride ourselves in ensuring that your orders reach you in immaculate condition and use our own delivery team as much as possible to prevent damages. We also understand that your project needs can change ad hoc and recognise that goods may be over ordered to cater for any design or installation changes.

In the event of any problems please contact us to arrange return or replacement.

We accept returns for standard items and surplus stock items if returned in a re-saleable condition and original packaging within three months of purchase. These will be credited to your Docherty Trade account.

Specially manufactured or painted items are non-returnable.

A restocking charge of 25% of the value of the goods returned will be charged. All items are returned at the cost of the customer.

To return an item please download and complete the returns form (rebranded version of existing form) and send to returns@dochertytrade.co.uk along with a photograph of the damaged items (if applicable) and proof of purchase to arrange a return. We will then arrange a replacement item or credit on account accordingly.
