Warranty

Here at Docherty Trade we are committed to providing the highest standard products to give you and your customers long term peace of mind.

Our signature Fireflexmaster range offers many years of reliable service and comes with a lifetime warranty and we supply our Flexmaster with a 10 year warranty. Please note you will need your Docherty Trade invoice number and HETAS registration number handy in order to complete the warranty registration.

Warranties of up to 20 years are also available on our chimney flue systems. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details.

All warranties are subject to the conditions set out in our Standard Terms and Conditions and that installation, usage and service instructions supplied are correctly adhered to.

In addition all goods supplied will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects for a standard period of 12 months from the delivery date.
